From the moment we arrived, your staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. A special thanks to Niti and the receptionist (forgot the name) for going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. The room was amazing as I didn’t expect they decorated the room as requested, amenities were excellent specially their bar (Velocity) we had so much fun, and every interaction with the team was warm and helpful. The breakfast contained a variety of delicious food (including traditional food). The room and the bathroom were clean and spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. The view from the 10th floor was also beautiful, as we could see the main buildings which make up the city skyline, from afar (at sunset, so the view was stunning). The personnel was extremely welcoming and helpful, and made our stay a pleasure. The location made it easy to get to the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque quickly (approximately 20-25 minutes by taxi), and there is a shopping mall right across the intersection, which made it easy to buy souvenirs and try out some new fruit from the supermarket there. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel, so we could easily get to other sights relatively quickly (maximum 30-40 minutes to Corniche Beach, Marina Mall, Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental, The Observation Deck at 300).

Room was great, WIFI worked well, the breakfast was very good. The customer service was excellent. We liked the location, because the distances to the activities we wanted to take on were not that long, central to allot.

Everything in this hotel was mazing. Our rooms were big and clean. The beds were comfortable. The hotel provided bath robes, toothbrushes, and slippers in the room, which other hotels don't provide anymore nowadays. We stayed here for a night to celebrate our anniversary, and we were welcomed in our room by their lovely surprise. There were balloons, towel art, and petals on the floor. And when we came back to the room after a quick dip in their swimming pool, a delicious cake with a note was waiting on our table. Thank you so much to Marriott Hotel Downtown Abu Dhabi for making our celebration special and memorable.

The shower water pressure was quite weak. Upon our arrival, part of the curtain had fallen, allowing sunlight to enter the room, but it was promptly fixed after I informed the reception. We also experienced an issue with the A/C, which was resolved within a few minutes after reporting it.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the room, which made for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The restaurant staff were exceptionally friendly and nice, providing top-notch service that enhanced the dining experience. There was a variety of selection of breakfast menu and the chefs were friendly and malleable to ur desired choice of food. The service was excellent we were greeted every morning by friendly staff. The pool area was lovely and clean and staff were always available with friendly. They tried to make ur stay comfortable and enjoyable. Me and the kids really loved it.
